What is the lead time?
The lead time is typically about 6-8 weeks.
Are the beds comfortable?
Yes! Come try them out at the showroom.
What is the ordering process like?
Once the design is finalized it is a 50% deposit to get the order going.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash, and check.
How long does the install take?
Most jobs take a few hours to one day to install.
Where are the beds made?
Everything is manufactured here in Florida! We have a couple of manufacturing plants on the Gulf Coast and our mattresses come from South Florida.
What is the warranty?
The mechanism has a lifetime warranty. The cabinets and doors have a 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects. The mattresses have a 10 year warranty directly with the manufacturer.
Can I use my own mattress?
You can use your own mattress if it meets 2 requirements: it must be 9" deep or less, and it has to be medium firm or firmer. We will give you a discount on the price if you provide your own mattress.
What ceiling height do I need?
We recommend at least an 8' ceiling. Anything less than 8' will leave you with fewer options. Side beds work well with low ceilings though!
Is there a weight limit on the beds?
No weight limit on the beds. However, there should be no jumping on the beds!
